Hire a complete two-person podcast recording kit for 72 hours and create professional-quality audio from your home, office, or chosen location. Included Equipment • 2 × Professional podcast microphones • 2 × Microphone boosters • 4 × XLR cables • 2 × Professional boom arms • 1 × M-Audio Fast Track Ultra audio interface Perfect for podcasts, interviews, voice-overs, YouTube content, online courses, business recordings, and content creators wanting professional sound without purchasing expensive equipment. Computer Requirements You must provide your own: • Windows PC or Laptop • Apple MacBook or Desktop Mac Tablets and mobile phones are not supported. Driver & Software Support Drivers for the M-Audio Fast Track Ultra are included and can be supplied via USB drive or email upon request. Compatible with Windows and Mac computers. Basic setup instructions are included. The hirer is responsible for operating their own computer and recording software. Hire Period 72-hour (3-day) equipment hire. Requirements Before Collection • Valid photo ID required • Signed equipment hire agreement required • Security deposit required • Hirer must be 18 years or older The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment during the hire period. Equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition it was supplied. Ideal for first-time podcasters, businesses, content creators, remote interviews, and anyone wanting professional podcast audio without the cost of purchasing equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy • Full payment is required to secure a booking. • A valid photo ID must be provided before equipment collection. • A signed Equipment Hire Agreement is required. • A refundable security deposit is required prior to collection. • Equipment will not be released until all documentation and payments have been completed. • Equipment is hired for the agreed booking period only. Cancellation Policy • More than 72 hours before collection: Full refund. • 24–72 hours before collection: 50% refund. • Less than 24 hours before collection: No refund. • Failure to collect equipment on the booking date will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided. Late Returns • Late return fees may apply. • Additional hire charges may be charged for each additional day the equipment is retained without approval. • Continued failure to return equipment may result in recovery action and replacement costs being charged. Equipment Damage or Loss • Hirers are responsible for all equipment during the hire period. • Any damaged, lost, stolen, modified, or missing items will be charged at repair or replacement cost. • Costs may be deducted from the security deposit and additional invoices may be issued if required. Waitlist Policy • If equipment is unavailable, customers may join the waitlist at no charge. • Waitlisted customers will be contacted in order of registration if a booking becomes available. • Once contacted, customers have 12 hours to confirm and pay for the booking before it is offered to the next person on the waitlist. Pure Circle Studio reserves the right to refuse hire where identification, payment, security deposit, or agreement requirements are not met.
