Cancellation Policy

Every booking includes the business owner or an authorised member of staff, who will remain on-site for the entire event to transport, set up, operate, monitor and pack down the sound system. They are responsible for the technical production, ensuring the audio system performs correctly, maintaining a safe operating environment, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This is not a dry-hire service. The complete PA system is permanently integrated into the production van and cannot be separated from it. Wherever the van goes, the sound system goes, and the business owner or authorised staff member remains on-site for the duration of the booking. For safety, system reliability and equipment protection, only the business owner or authorised staff members may install, operate, adjust or dismantle the equipment. Clients and guests are asked not to move, reconnect or modify any part of the system. Site Assessment Before confirming a booking, a site visit will be arranged to assess the location. This allows vehicle access, speaker placement, safety, weather exposure (for outdoor events), noise considerations and any other site-specific requirements to be checked before the event. Photos alone are generally not sufficient. The production van is fully self-powered, with an onboard lithium battery system capable of operating the complete PA system, lighting and production equipment for extended periods. No external power source or generator is required, making the system ideal for parks, beaches, private properties, wineries, farms and other outdoor locations. If additional equipment such as extra microphones, longer cables, lighting or other accessories is required, please advise before the booking so everything can be prepared in advance. Payment & Cancellations No deposit is required. Bookings may be cancelled at any time before the event for a full refund. If you wish to reschedule, simply get in touch and a new date will be arranged where possible. Video Recording & Privacy Video recording is available using a 4K USB camera connected to the production system. Recording is primarily intended to capture the performers, stage or DJ setup for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or personal use. For events held on private property, the client is responsible for informing guests that video recording may be taking place during the event.
